GENERAL
At Neythkaari, we ensure quality and take great care in the delivery of our products. We attend to return requests only if our item is faulty or does not match the item in the order placed. Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the style and colors of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee an accurate representation of colors on your monitor screen.
Our jewelry is handcrafted, and therefore, each piece will have slight variations that make them truly unique. We do not attend to returns unless our product is genuinely unsatisfactory in quality. We also do not attend to exchange requests on jewelry for hygiene purposes.
For domestic exchange and return requests, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You can email us at info@neythkaari.com with the details of your order, including the order number and images of the product as you have received it. Or by telephone/WhatsApp at 999 999 9999 between 10 AM to 6 PM (IST).
We request you to check the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any tampering by the courier partner, kindly DO NOT accept your order and state the reason as “Tampered package.” Request you to share an image/video of the tampered product with us so we can effectively take the issue forward. Please note, we will not be able to help if you accept a tampered package.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All products to be exchanged or returned must have the tags intact and should be in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the product, you will receive confirmation within 48 hours that your return has been accepted for exchange/return.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days post confirmation mentioned above.
In the case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the import duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect their order from the courier company, then Neythkaari will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@neythkaari.com.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
SALE
All items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style only.
